When Will My Order Ship?

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

How do you turn it on?

Press and hold the power button on the back of AI TOM BUD for 3 seconds. When AI TOM BUD's eyes light up, the device has powered on successfully.

How do you activate it?

1. Download the 'AI TomBud' app and register an account.
2. On the Home page, tap the '+' button in the upper-left corner and select the 'AI Companion' product.
3. Create a user profile by entering the user's gender, nickname, date of birth, and relationship to the operator.
4. Follow the prompts to grant location, Bluetooth, and nearby-device permissions. Make sure Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi are enabled and connected to a 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi network.
5. The system will automatically search for networks. Select the device waiting for setup and enter the Wi‑Fi password.
6. When the device announces that it is connected, the setup is complete.
